I've also got to give a big thumbs up and hug to Chris (croeso) for giving me a lift down to the middle of Nottingham from the camp afterwards in his 300 twin turbo. Any reservations I had about automatics were (it seems) completely without merit, as when we pulled out of the end of the camp and on to the main road, we got sideways without any bother what-so-ever. There was then the (seemingly to loud for some) exhaust note. A zafira pulled over and got the hell out of the way after seeing us hurtle towards it, sounding not too much unlike a fighter-jet (but still within the speed limit!). Awesome. Thanks Chris, not only for that, but for being great company for the duration of the 'fest. Good times!
