Z Club 30th Birthday Party 2007

Hi Berkley...
Be great to see you there..you did a marvellous job at Zedfest 06. Your presence was felt... DJZ 60.

Spelling mistake! Groll's is coming in his shed.:D
Only kidding Paul.....I love the car he is building....I forget what model it is?

I think it's a 260Z 2+2. (wish I had one):D DJ'bed'60.

They're not bad for competition against Brittany Ferries but Speed Ferries are still the best !
But I'm over after Christmas for a week and I paid just €108 return (with a roof-rack and box) with Sea France ! For the same time in the UK, Britt rip-off wanted €485.......

I might give speed ferries a try,as I am due(next year) to visit another
ex-pat Richard Freeman who lives in France & has a B&B like everyone else! Yes..not seen him for a while..early adventurous years
spent with him. DJZ 60.

bONJOUR..lA CAFE' PARI''

He is located in South West France a place called...Charente & recommended the express rail service (when I suggested flying)
I think it entails too much driving to take a Z or Transit.
DJZ 60.

Charente is an area darling - departement 16 (Cognac, Angouleme etc) and to get to it, you have to pass not too far from my place !

You could fly Ryan Air or Flybe or Easy Jet and hire a car via worldwide reservations or simply drive down ( but it'll cost you in fags for all the time you'll spend in the van/car) !

Correct! That's right....code 16,I've got in my diary...I need all this info as
I don't speak French, don't eat turtles, & prefer to go in my Transit because it's the one place left in the world where I can smoke freely!
Have you got an airfield,in your farmland? DJZ 60.

Beware DJZ, over there they have one of two remaining flying proper B17's in Europe (we have the 'Sally-B' at Duxford of Memphis Belle fame)... and they painted theirs PINK!!!!

Two Porkenstein's! Talk about a 'total eclipse of the heart'.

B17 nice huge & a load carrier......If I paracute into France & land in
Sean's paddock it'll be from a Lancaster.

Tony... I love the planes from that era.... DJZ 60.
