I like split rims & looking for something different to minilte/minlite style. I like the wheels Tel posted the pic of, but landed in the uk they would work out approx £600 ea

Thanks to tel240, zed2k, moggy240, rahail & so many other great mates for all the advice  going to keep the rota's & some enkies for the time being until I see somethng I cannot resist :D its the f ing cost of putting tyres on these wheels all the time also. This time I'll mull it over for much long time because its my final car & it will be everything I've always wanted . Rahail go on then very nice looking 16 x 8 or 9 split rims under 2.5k for the set of course :D. The choice would be so much easier if I was to chop the arches  no chance what was I thinking of !!! I've loved all my Z's but this time I think its true love  or have I had too much ale :D no it is true love :) I love my baby & shower her with gifts all the time, no not the mrs the z :D

I need a set of wheels. So if you boys are busy changing them.. Is there a chance of picking a set up cheap?..

Due to the credit crunch + other things going on at the mo unable to purchase some image wheels so I'm going to fit the enkies for now, so to shod them offers on the rota's & michelin cup sports welcome, will split if prefered, rota's are 16x8 fit perfect under std arch with std dia springs, tyres are 225 50 16, wheels & tyres only done 100 miles from new

LOL at Gwyn.

The rotas definitely did look too modern.

Just to pick peoples brains regarding wheels, what can fit underneath the arches before it starts effecting the suspension/bodywork?

It seems 15"/16" seem to be ok. Is it the case when you come to 17" territory you have to start being careful?

Thanks guys.

Update on the wheel front at the mo is Rota's are gone, enkies going on for now, got a set of Toyo T1R's to go on them. Pick shows one of the wheels fitted with a genuine Spike Anderson racing tyre, I have 3 of these tyres so if anyone wants them to make a coffee table free to good home haha.
