What's it worth???

Today is a VERY sad day! My 350Z has gone to a new home. I put it up for sale privately at £6600 and it sold within one day for full asking price.

You shouldn't be sad at that! :D I was way off with my £5k! Was the boot full of £20 notes?

Driving around in the 240 at the moment which is no hardship!!!

Looking for an A5 sportback (unless anyone can suggest anything else? ). Must be able to accommodate 2 kids a wife and a dog and still looka bit sporty. Budget 20K

I'm thinking of selling the 370Z and looking at an S5 Sportback TFSI (supercharged not turbo believe it or not). I have found the one I want but need to get the price down a little. Beautiful car this one.

Have you driven one?

No....test drive booked on Saturday. I found one a week or so ago and spent too long haggling and ended up missing out!!!!

Why the petrol over the diesel Rob?

Because I'm a petrolhead not a dieselhead. ;)

Was that the 3.0 TFSI 333bhp unit? If so get him to spill the beans.

So Audi 2.0 TDi haven't had major oil pump issues then?

Speaking of reliablity my 370Z has been fantastic - well done Nissan.

Diesels - I haven't a great dislike for them but when my daughter had a DPF problem and I looked into it I was put off owning a secondhand modern diesel. However I may end up with one. Low fuel consumption for the power is the biggest bonus.

I hate using petrol pump triggers soaked in diesel fuel, standing in diesel fuel and getting it on my hands when I don't drive one.

Unless you're doing 15+K miles a year the extra cost of the oil burner will not outweigh any fuel savings. You'd be able to get an s5 for sensible money.
