What is the red and yellow thingy?

To avoid any copyright issues...

I've had run-ins with copyright people a lot over the years (including the attourney representing tweety-pie with facial expression 14) and I think we might be a little too close on this one. How about...

"The Future Is Bright... The Future Is ZClub!"

By not using an apostophy and with no reference to the colour we are golden (not the colour, the precious metal) and if we change the flavour next christmas to keep the look fresh then we won't need to change the slogan. Like i've said to Russ, we are currently rollin' on ZTangerineTM. Next christmas we could be ZLimeTM or ZStrawberryTM etc. I believe Sean has already spotted the opening for this too so let us know what you think!

Yeah I prefer that, good thinking. Only takes google spider to find the new slogan and we're doomed! Will do that in a sec.

You don't have it written anywhere?

I did put your suggestion in at the bottom of this and every page, but if you scroll down now it shows the new "Z Club doesn't want to get sued by Orange" slogan instead, still the good idea is there and I like having a foot slogan now :) So despite not being the exact same words the good idea has still persevered :)
