The black turbo on pistonheads - asking price £8k

It is still being advertised and presumably unsold. A few weeks ago someone on the site noted that "i see its back up for sale". Has anyone been to see this car or know someone who has? I would be grateful if perhaps you would send me a PM if you have some knowledge of perhaps why its not shifting.
( Is the Turbo thing a downer? I know personally that i'd prefer a normally aspirated z).
 
I'm presuming it must be a little rough round the edges if it's back on the market after not selling, and probably with an old style turbo set up so much lag the turbo kicks in after you've parked it back up in the garage!
But that's totally unjust, as I don't know or have ever seen the car.
