Retro Show

I think it's important stating the obvious to them Steve, keep going. You're in the right here.

If anything, hopefully it will tighten the rules for next time even if it does nothing now. Sometimes if you don't shout nothing will change.

Well I am pretty much at the end of a road now

I have cited their own rules to them on several emails but to no avail (what a surprise)

Bizarrely
They still do not consider that cars have to be road legal even though their own rules clearly state it.

They do not consider the removal of a bonnet to be a performance enhancer even though their own rules clearly state that only a headlight bowl may be removed for induction purposes (implication).

I have ceased any further correspondence and have told them that I am going to explore the competition ombudsman route as this is a publicly advertised competition that people have paid to enter into and as such there is an expectation of fairness and there has to be some adherence to rules.

Anyone any other suggestions or do I just bend over and take a stiff one

For what its worth its with trading standards now

Go for it Steve, stir them up.

If there is one thing I can't stand, it's f*cking idiots who make up rules and then don't enforce them.
