Reproduction door cards

They look very nice, I have not ordered a set as of yet but these will be at the front of the list.

Interested to hear about the reviews from others. I will post up a link in Facebook Zed forums and see if anyone has had a go at these yet.

The only slightly difference from the original I noticed is that an original one, the door lock on the top is flat.

Jeremy Gomez yeah have them installed on mine, they look great and are actually nicer than the last set of NOS ones that Nissan made a run of back in the 90s that you still see for sale (bad fit on those)
2 small areas that will need a bit of work though to get it just right, the rear part of the metal top cap doesnt fit exactly perfect over the door frame (red circle) you going to need to bend that metal a bit to get it to fit down all the way , its thin enough that you can tweak it by hand untill you get it to fit all the way down. Also some if the holes for the clips are off (blue circles) . Might be because they use the same backing panel for the 280Z door cards and they dont have the same locations, anyhow, you will need to trim a couple of the holes bigger and a couple you will just have to completely cut new ones for. easy to do with a small razor/utility knife, just be careful not to cut too deep though the fabric/vinyl.

Jeremy Gomez also whatever you do, DONT reuse those old terrible metal door clips from the old door panels. those things just ruin door panels. run some new style christmas tree clips instead

Does anyone know where I can get for a 240Z ( black ) NOS door cards from or reproductions ones or even very good second hand ones. Usual suspects Z car depot , Z car source and the Z store are all saying out of stock .

Agree, ask Hung Vu if he has any or when they may be in stock.
I bought 2 sets from him over the summer and was very happy with them. One set going on the Cali-Punt car soon and I will post some pics in the next week or 2.

Yes, bought a set a while back, not fitted yet but checked against the originals they are probably better quality.
The inner card is now a fibber board not the compressed card OEM type, which was subject to easily deform and tear and of course any damp that might find its way there.
They are well worth the investment.
