Remove Middle box ?

I have looked at some forums, but didn´t find a answer as of yet. I have a janspeed exhaust, I like the sound, but it´s a bit to quiet for me if I´m honest.

If I would remove the middle box, would it do something performance wise (go down, go up ?). I have been reading about backpressure etc.. but I thought that was more for turbo cars.

It won't hurt it - keep the back box and lose the middle or replace it with an expansion box because with just a rear box, you risk to be too noisy.
What is the diametre of the pipe ?

Fwiw, I have the msa 2.5" system that only has the back box, and it just sneaks under the approx 100 db limit some of the track days have.
