But i can see the light at the end of tunnel.

The rear spoiler & ZG overfenders sat in the spray booth saturday morning ready to be painted.

I have not seen the Z for weeks so this will be a good push to fit some more parts to the body.

I have also bought some adjustable spring platforms so will also have to drop the 4 struts off the car for the welding/cutting work to be done.

hey dave. i'm gonna wait till my cars painted, but i'm starting to love the full gunmetal finish without the polished lip on the watanabe's.

what do you think? apart from the dodgy colour. ;)

Yes the thought has crossed my mind.

BUT

Love the polished lip on the Wantanabe wheels.

Picked up some small bits from the chromers today that he had lost in the summer and found again !! (as he is moving to a new unit).

Also got to fit the rear spoiler emblem and sorted out some new stainless nuts and washers for when i want to go and fit it in a garage with no heating.

dave. do yourself a favour and DON'T tot up how much you've spent until it's all put together!

it's gonna be one of my favourite's on the uk scene for sure. :)

Got some more work done over the weekend fitted the momo steering wheel and removeable hub and have taken all the struts off the car to have the coilovers fitted.

Thanks to Skidders for pointing me in the right direction on the new coilovers springs.

Going on a big push to get the car back on its NEW wheels ASAP.

What length & rating have you gone for Dave.

Faulkners Race Springs 200 fronts with 225 on the backs both 12" long will be very easy to swop about as the springs are around 20 quid each and would be easy to change.

Also my new R-S2 track day ebay bargain tyres have arrived today.
