But it was not late it runs from beginning of Feb 2014 to end of Jan 2015 exactly the same as the previous 2011 issue was and there are financial reasons why they were done that way

It was also produced as a gift for the members who subscribed in 2013 and in doing so helped to support the club financially

And no it would not boost club funds due to the numbers needed to be produced to keep the cost down and the number of these that people would pay for or the club would be left with a box of surplus items in stock and never sold

Riddler - I can see where you are coming from about the dates.

Anyway at least you got a picture in the Calender, unlike me :rolleyes:

Thanks for that, Steve. But all it took was for someone to explain that to me when I first asked the question! I have never heard of a February to January calendar you see.

Clearly your definition of late isnt the same as mine:unsure:
a document valid from the 1st of the month arriving in the middle of the month is "late" by my reckoning but AFAIC it doent really matter as Im giving it away or binning it.
Just cross me off the "mailing list" for any future mailings... including the old news newsletter:smash:

Bloody nora, just imagine how many complaints we'd have if these were charged to members.
Still, as someone who was born in the 20th Century, thanks to all the people who bother to put their little extra into the club so I can have my little extras. :thumbs:
 
Not yet seen mine but hopeful it is no more than a late delivery......am sure I paid dues last year but will check Paypal again..........

Ian, having just checked our payment system you should indeed have received a calendar however your payment status on the membership database was not up-to-date.

I don't know why your status was not up to date - if the error was on my part I sincerely apologise. I'll investigate ASAP.

Coincidentally your membership has expired today. :eek:

It appears you can't win, however there may be copies of the calendar available for circumstances like this.
