My parents had one of these, spent many a summer day sitting the back fold down seat on the way to the beach.

Surely the Zs were the best cars there as far as looks and performance go. Those Dubs are so ugly and ridiculous - and I'm a Dub fan!

When you see those stupid cars you can understand the threat of tighter MoTs!

Actually Rob, there were some really cool cars there. OK, there were hundred of near standard cars with different wheels but as with most cars shows, you also get the cream with superbly engineered/modified vehicles. The Z's were well received too and I'm sure there will be lots of pictures of our cars scattered across vw sites.

Thanks to Marco for organising the day and the rapid pictures.
After you left, Little Tony A managed to find us and park up with the other Zs - pearl white TT SWB Sicktop.
Later in the day, new member Neil Richards also arrived in a SWB Targa TT in black.

We all convoyed back to my place for tea and tech talk at the end of the afternoon, albeit with some inelegant diversions by some on the way...

A relaxing day today with lots to see strched tyres and lowering to the extreme
A couple of pictures for you Rob:leaving::leaving:

A lot of my friends went - was really rammed looking from some of the pictures?

One of them is a semi pro photographer and I asked him to take a few shots of your cars - give him a few days to edit them and I will stick them on here - they are bound to be excellent ;)

Dan

At least Little Tony's Z32 gets a peek in at the rear - he doesn't feature in the earlier photos due to touring the Essex countryside searching for the tiny postage stamp that is North Weald Aerodrome...

Thanks to everyone for a warm welcome at my first meet and particular thanks to mr. F for his hospitality.
Looking forward to the next S.E.K.Z meeting .
Thanks,
short zx
