Nice pics. Very professional.

Thanks again to RSJ for organising this, much fun was had . :)

Thanks a lot, nice of you to say that, I will be hoping to come to Zedfest after my marshalling job and take more photos of other member's Z as I wasn't able to do that then

Big thank you to Rob for organising the weekend:thumbs:,Karen & I really enjoyed ourselves, a good turn out on Sunday with some very good racing, look forward to meeting up again possibly later in the year.
Mark.

Thank you Rob

Cheers for organising a great weekend.
The parade lap was good, a little slow, but was the first time we had been round Oulton, really makes us want to do a track day there!
Warby didn't get black flagged which was a bonus!!!
Great to meet up with some new people and looking forward to seeing some of you again at Zedfest.
Charles got beaten by his Son but it good battle for the first half of the race with the Jag getting in the mix as well (I think Charles was blaming the difference in "weight" in the post race interview)

Great cars, Great racing, great compnay, great weather

Nice to think this has been the first whole weekend without rain

Didn't I see Charlie moving aside to allow his son overtake him, thats what I saw on the straight past the Cascades, maybe he thought he won last year he will give this one to his son

Thanks again Rob for organising a great weekend.

I thoroughly enjoyed the parade, and agree with Suzy that it'd make a great track day curcuit.

Great weather too. (Didn't mind the cool wind at all on the monday. It soothed the sunburn from the day before!:D )

And of course, it was great to meet some more friendly faces and I'm looking forward to meeting more at Zedfest. See you all there.

Well Done Rob,for a well organised & highly enjoyable do. Apologies for
not being there (due to Bookings) but Credit to you for giving all a great time. DJZ 60.

Oulton Park is a great Trackday circuit. Did it as a treat on my 50th Birthday (July 15th 2002). Three other 240s were there and Lee Dixon (footballer) in a Caterham and Ferrari! It was a red-hot day. With a standard 240 rad and no oil cooler I managed about only 3 laps at a time!

The variety of corners, undulations and banked hairpin make it special.

When I lived near Stoke-on-Trent I spent many days spectating there and have seen the Gold Cup when it was an F1 race. Can you imagine watching Hamilton and Co flat-out down 'The Avenue' into 'Cascades'?

Also watched bike racing including Agostini, no chicanes there then either so places like Knicker Brook were scary!

Happy Days.

There is a track day there on 12 Sept. see the Book-a-Track site, £260 though!

Thanks for the support everyone!! It really was a great week-end made better by good weather, good racing and good company!!
Spread the word for next year, as we now have the official invitation to attend already!!
So put August Bank Holiday 2008 in your diary  NOW

Hell yeah, count me in.

Any time after April would be good for me. :)

I'm think around Easter time which should be April-ish - I'll be restricted to term time only next year (looking forward to being a student again!!) but at £119 for a whole day on track seems to good to miss!

Now which car to take..........................

Just uploaded another but more close up shot of Bri Baker's Samuri, I wished I could had shot more, if I didn't run out of battery on Sunday (batteries are only good for 250+ photos or half a 4gb card), but not much of it is going to be on Zeds
