you''ll need building regs on a double garage, so proper foundations.

The only way i'd even consider 150mm 'slab' for a single would be with it reinforced.

100 mm slab will be fine with reenforcing A142 anti crack mesh, this would only be for your floor slab and not to build your walls off .I would dig a foundation for your walls and build a double skin garage an have a cavity filled with Celotex ,insulated garage door that way you will have a nice dry garage to store your cars .Good luck
