That is awesome! That bloody skyline should've budged over for you though!!! I had a silver 300ZXTT that wouldn't let me past! I was all over him on the corners, but when his turbos kicked in I couldn't get past him on the straights!!!

The vid shows just how nimble the old Z is though. The 300's have so much power but the extra weight going into the corners is the slight down-side. The old s30's are bobbing around all over the place in the turns. You had that Skyline though bud (along with a fair few others too, great driving and great vid).

I am so impressed with how well the 240s handle. The plan is to get a decent engine built in the next year or so and then I'll have the power on the straights too!

I'm using my 240 as my wedding car in July, so good job I didn't blow it up this weekend!

For a 300 running stock boost and brakes, i dont think the old girl did too badly!

This is what I keep trying to tell people who go to great expense to fit bits they don't need. And Mike you were running a stock 2.8 with your carbs and exhaust on weren't you? Impressive

Jak, some of those 300's were mighty quick anywhere. In the wet a few were fantastic, not many people pass Steve Francis at Castle Combe!
