    Google translate might miss the point but this just looks like a problem of antisocial driving, too much noise and modifications that aren't declared.

    All things that would invalidate an insurance policy here and get you in trouble if the police felt the need to look into it. Same as it has always been here....

    Germans like making rules and love being told what to do- reflected in very restrictive modding rules....
