Mr Ex
Forgive my ignorance
Will this work in a 280z ?
Can it be used for general driving/cruising ? Or is it too much for that ?
Is it plug & play or do you have to change/modify valves etc ?

I fancy it but not sure how much is involved

I think about .480 lift is about the limit for standard valve springs. Schneider high lift springs are cheap enough though.

That cam normally comes in a set with the high lift springs.

I have it in the L28 in my red Z. Perfectly usable IMO for road driving - as long as you aren’t planning to potter around Driving Miss Daisy style all the time… Fun and encourages a heavy right foot.

You can’t just drop it in and expect something though - pointless without porting, carb, exhaust upgrades etc.
