Here we go again Derricks 260z restoration

Fitted Drivers door so that i can check panel gaps before welding new sill also clamped rear arch panel in place to double check gaps











Panel gap looking pretty good so will sort the rest of my welds out epoxy prime inner sill and inside outer sill, zinc prime all areas to be welded and get the outer sill welded on :)

Back soon hopefully

Looking better than 70's factory gaps..:bow:

Removed the repair arch panel that previous owner had put on only to find the inner arch lip rusted and a few small hole in arch :eek:
