front page size

The new pic on the front page is massive and doesn't fit on screens properly. can it be reduced in size?

Glad someone else has mentioned it, twas like that last night, thought i'd had too much vodka you can't see the threads fully without scrolling sideways, too big pic but a cool too big pic

Well I can see the pic ok but not all the 'post' text on the right without scrolling.

I have no idea how to fix it.
