You want pressure around 4-5 psi on carbs, so the above should be just fine

Thanks for confirming that. There is a pressure regulator under the bonnet. I've not changed it, but I'll see what it's set to...

TBH I think 4 - 5 should be OK, but it's a little high for SU/Weber/Dellorto. they should be 2 - 3.5 PSI.
Holley (and perhaps other US stuff) like 5 PSI.

That sounds good. I seem to recall mine is set to 2.5. I'll check...
