Hi,V8. would have been good to have you there, Sunroof on DJZ
mobile ,doesnt leak,& look's alright on 2+2 (longer wheelbase),
roofline etc.
I,m not one for following dislike's & like's,ref: sunroof,I
like it & it is useful in the heat etc.
Plus when me & Jeremy go out for a drink & a meal,I whip off sunroof & JC sit's in Z with his head poking out the top.

JC sleep's outside my house,hoping to catch a glimpse of his mate, & he's already asked if I'll come on 'Top gear" to boost rating's.It's time though,time is money..........

Thought the general consensus was anti Clarkson. Now I am confused!

Hi, Nigel.
The general consensous possibly remain's the same in the anti-clarkson mode.In person,however, J.C was polite,easy going & pleasant to be with.
In fact you would not have realised he was a T.v presenter & celebrity.This doe's not change what may evolve after the Dvd is released,& it could be positive or negative in the script & presentation of the Z's involved.
The 280zx is not featured as there was'nt one,so it's down to the other model's that were there.
My personal feeling is, not to withdraw from the 'media' but to participate as,this is one real way to exposure & being on the scene.
All the member's at Enstone Airfield,were great to be with and it was a great privilage to meet them,more so than even J.C.................................................................................
Bee Gee VinZe,(300zx ) was at 'Swapmeet,both Vince & his car were outstanding.
Russ,My PM box has been cleared but no one can PM me, getting full message,help? everyone will think I,m ignorant & behaving in a "star" like manner..........regard's to all......

If it all goe's wrong on the Dvd release I'll take flak for
our guy's,they're a good lot.
P.s Nigel, I think I,ve got the wrong coil on my car.
280(n42) engine,elec dist,jag carb's.
coil look's like original 12 volt 260 item with resistor,P.81 'hayne's manual.
I need a 280zx manual coil for elec dist,urgently,
have you got one?......................DJZ 60.

Jeremy Clarkson DVD (release November)............
Ten of the Z Club Member's went to Enstone Airfield with J.C
& his crew & filmed our Z's on Airstrip.
Various model's, from The 350Z through to 240Z (280z', ZX) not
present,were lined up & raced against each other.
Club member's(some) against decision to go,stating J.C would slag off Z's,as he did 350z on it's launch. J.C was fine on the day,& one's that went had a good time,oppurtunity to meet each other etc.
P.s Bling,because I recently purchased a chrome plated,rocker cover(factory original)Originally U.S item,& expensive to produce,I got it secondhand at part's 'Swapmeet'.....

Neil,I spent hour's, if not day's, clearing my PM box, Why?, &
what for?,I could have spent that time Rebuilding my engine
or going on holiday with Status,Or out stealing Blackbug's
wheel's or even nipping down Sean's for some wedding cake.
Or down to Steve Burn's for a drink or out on the town with
