CNC alu S30 door hinges

I shall soon be test-fitting my first prototypes.......of my lightweight, CNC alu door hinges which will be available later this year for all S30 models ; 240Z, 260Z, 280Z and the 2+2s.

Advantages ?

Lighter of course - I expect the definitive parts to weigh over 1kg (2.2lbs) less per car.

They won't rust and you won't need to paint them.

They're beautiful (although I say it myself ).

No prices yet but stay tuned in....

Cast iron...to be on the safe side.

I would bush the hinges with something like phosphor bronze or Oilite bushes and use a steel pin personally . so they can be rebuilt when they wear.

They look nice though
