All being well I’ll be at Bedford in a couple of weeks. :)

It’s prebooked @ £96 for an open pit lane day, on the 3 mile ish Full "GT circuit"

Go out as often as you want, no pressure and no timed laps.

Just having a laugh :D

Can’t see why anyone wouldn’t want to do it cos you drive at your own pace.

But if the car behind gets a little close you’ve always the option to increase your speed without the speeding ticket. ;)

Sounds just perfect for a club circuit day !

Of course, if someone does come up quick behind, one can always pull over, signalling of course - no stress which is what a FUN day is all about !

Sounds expensive but for all day with little risk and if done a couple or three times per year is reasonable !

Let us know how it went with some photos (or video) if poss. ?

erm £96 is dirt cheap, especially at Bedford. Cheapest I've paid was £50 for a Day at Elvington airfield driving a course laid out with cones. Typically I'd expect £150 for a day at one of the main UK tracks.

Definitely sounds cheap, the cheapest I found was over 100 quid. Who did you book it through ?

I will definitely be going this year, will just go by myself if nothing gets done through the club.

I just rechecked my chequebook .... n the stub reads £95 :D

Is that cheap enough for a full day on a top UK track mr dezert?

Sure there are no frills, no meddles n no racing :rolleyes: (so they say lol :D )

But for under a ton you cant go wrong.



My days been organised by the Beds RS owners club (RS Fords)

I guess the price is low as the time of yr isn’t so great? Tho that alone isn’t so bad as the cars get to run cooler.

I want to take my Zed there aswell as my escort, but I haven’t worked out the logistics yet. Plus I’ve only the one ticket.

Suzy sorry I know nothing about the venue dates other then the one I am going to. They are listed on their site tho

Bruntingthorpe is another good venue imho

Sure its an airfield day, but the times I’ve been there I’ve always enjoyed it.

Tis cheap aswell. :)

Deffo be going there later this yr, so can let peeps know if a poss date becomes available.

Ultra wide airfield so the chance of hitting anything is low

No noise restrictions either (within reason)

I think the price is excellent (based upon a good club particiipation ?) and that sort of venue is really perfect for a happy day out (no unfortunate incidents) for a club day !

Brands Hatch would be my preffrence rather go to Goodwood . cant VOTE
