Beautiful yellow 240Z

That old chestnut.........

At least it wasn't the ubiquitous MOT tester making that comment..... my pet hate when I see someone say in advert ' the MOT tester says it's the best he's ever seen  '

omitting to mention the fact that the tester is a 25 year old spotty Herbert who has never seen another one before ( apologies to all 25 year old spotty Herberts reading this..... but you get the drift )

Loving the look of the car too, I wonder if he's had a load of offers in that first 500km and now thought: 'Hang on if I sell it for that money I can build another 2 just like it...'

I don't think so - have you costed up the parts and hours needed to reach that standard ?

Well maybe not 2 but potentially another with a profit margin on top. Especially if you're just building them for the fun of it and not billing the hours.

Agreed on the pressure regulator although it's there for a reason if you read the advert - electric fuel pump !

I hadn't noticed the fuel regulator, first thing that caught my eye in an otherwise beautiful engine bay was the messy HT leads on the spark plug side!

The fuel regulator doesn't bother me at all, it's a functional part of the car.

The standard fuel pump isn't 'pretty'. Come to think of it neither are a lot of components in the engine bay.

I think the right buyer, who appreciates the work done to that car, will be able to live with that Fuel Reg. Or, god forbid, move it.
