I've seen this car at Oulton a couple of years ago. I think its market is going to be limited by its look to be honest - the faux Morton paint job, wire wheels 
eek, non-JDM bullet mirrors halfway up the wings (looks very strange), 80s-type bodykit front and rear bumper/airdams. I think, AFAIK, Mark Rayner did a bit of work on the electrics of this car for the current owner and it was a bit of a nightmare.
I can't comment on its solidity underneath but I think a lot of people would feel the need to rework this car, which would obviously affect how much it could go for. He's not going to sell it with one tiny picture though!
Far more interesting is the 327 V8 240z for sale - gorgeous IMO:
