As I said Nick, I think you'll find that the discs are no longer available through Nissan or NISMO. However, you can use the Peugeot 505GTI disc with some slight modifications ( and I believe that DBA in Australia make an improved version of that? ).
Calipers themselves might need to come from a specialist in Japan. I always get them from the aftermarket now rather than Nissan or NISMO - but they are still manufactured by Sumitomo.
I also think you'll find that they are fairly expensive - which might put you off......... They retail at around 76,000 ~ 78,000 JPY a pair where I get them from ( although that includes good high-perf pads and a nice set of new bolts ).
