lol Yeah, saw that the other night. Strange, in the earlier part of the movie a green nissan 200sx gets demolished too. Wonder if mr. Clarkson wrote the screenplay:devil:

I think theres a 260 in the first episode of knight rider:) the one where michael knight gets shot in the face

There's a 280zx I think in Micheal Jacksons stranger in Moscow Video the one where it's raining and in slow motion.

Nick.

zedhead260]I saw one briefly in "The Devils Rejects" recently. [/B](weird film)

Ah yes....... directed by Rob Zombie..... his music rocks, check out songs like Dragula and Living Dead Girl........ another film of his is House of a 1000 corpses. Same kind of inbred hicky hillbilly stuff with lots of blood ' n ' guts.
There is a fiction series on Sky at the moment about the FBI chasing serial killers, the last episode I watched featured a 260 which was "in shot" a large part of the time. The guy advertised the car for sale but only took it to show people (only women), he picked them up to take them on a test drive and automatically locked the doors, of course there was no way to unlock the passenger door........ nice car though !!

"King of the Mountain" Street racing in LA film starring Harry Hamlin and Dennis Hopper, 1981 Polygram Pictures. At one point there is a 240Z.

"Shuto Kousoku Trial 1" (from yesasia.com, etc.). A mid-80's film that may as well be called "Nissan Fest 1". There are several Z-cars, a DR30, and even a Nissan pickup truck!

"eX-Driver: the movie"; there is a 240Z driven by one of the American eX-drivers. The movie was anime that followed a anime series of 6 eps. The OVA series was really good, but the movie is just watchable. Way too much bad cheap looking CG and just a bad script. The director changed and you can tell.

Anyway, I really hate it when they wreck Z-cars in movies. Nah, too many Z-cars, gotta wreck another one!

There was a film on the other night with your man Ray Liotta chasing Melanie Griffiths about with Jeff Daniels trying to woo her.

Anyways, there is a scene where Jeff catches up with Ray n Mel at Gas station (American term) and there, just driving off the forecourt, is a white 240/260.

Kewl

Cannot remember one in a film although around 20 years ago I had a nice 240z and it was a rare car even then. Imagine my surprise when at around 2am fishing on a beach near Dover another turns up. After twenty minutes I decided to go up with my torch and get a better look (at the car honest) what a sight, two birds snogging the face off each other and not fat butch types. Well since then and that sureal situation at 2 am and seeing another 240z I have been hooked!!!

If you watch Rainman (Dustin Hoffman and Tom Cruise), when Tom is driving off with his brother from the institution at the beginning, they cross a metal bridge. At the end of the bridge, we get a shot of the car from the bonnet side of the windscreenand behind and to the right of the car is Z31 :) !

I can imagine that truly is a life changing experience, soon as mines on the road I'll find myself a couple of women and see what I can come up with.

If you go to www.aboutz.net and click sign up in the top left (2 minute job I promise) then you can go to 'search' and type 'z films' you'll get a list of related pages. Click the only one that it returns to see the list. Then YOU can click edit at the top and change the page :) If it all goes wrong it is easily reverted back. Worth a try, you'd be suprised how easy it is.
