Final list of names and what time track session people are in
There are no more tickets/pases available to enable you to get your car in the Z Area inside the circuit al you can pay on the gate but will have to park in the public car park though
The three Track sessions are
Session P 14.00 and coloured Blue
Session Q 14.18 and coloured Red
Session Y 16.42 and coloured Green
I hope you all have a great time there as I can not attend and request that plenty of photos are taken of the whole range of the Zs that are there together with some of the owners so people can put names to faces

Just received this from the organizers today -
Good Morning,
I am emailing regarding your Japfest Club Passes.
Your order has been posted today and is on it's way to you by the postal method you requested, so you should recieve this shortly.
Tickets should arrive tomorrow, I will post them on Saturday for delivery early next week.

Sorry Steve but all tickets/passes have goneWould like to book in, but don't want to make A PayPal payment if the tickets have all gonehopefully will have my z31 turbo on the road for then too......
you could still pay on the gate but would have to park in general car park

All the tickets posted today.
Enter at Gate B, were in area 1 just to the left of the entrance. Same area we had a couple of years ago, a real prime spot.

Cobham services (M25) - Arrival time of 4:45am for a departure of 5am.
41 minute drive to Reading Services.
Arrive at Reading services (J11/J12 M4 West bound) at 5:45am for a 6.00am departure.
57 minute drive to Chippenham premier Inn.
Arrive at the Premier Inn Chippenham (SN14 6UZ) for around 7:00am and off to Japfest

Those of booked in sessions P or Y will have only received a session ticket from SEE. I just received the full track session packs for these that include the disclaimer and window tags. Please see me as soon as you arrive and I will give you the pack(s) for your session. Please have some ID on you so I can confirm your name.
Sorry about this but your sessions are in the afternoon so you will have plenty of time to pick up your pack and attend your briefing.

Yep, 7:00 entry. Dont be late, we expect the queue to be a lot better this year but you dont want to stuck outside like so many did last year.
