Well a fairly decent race to start the season off; I think we could have a fair few different drivers jostling for the last three or four places in the points throughout the season which will make our competition more fun.
I'm not sure about the new rule allowing lapped drivers to break off during the safety car to unlap themselves though; it's an accident waiting to happen from what I saw.
Anyway, back to business. Well done to rsj, 29 is a great score anyway but particularly in the first race where no one really knows what's going to happen. Although I suspect the score was purely a fluke!
And isnt it a shame to see our reigning champion at the bottom of the table?! I wonder if he'll keep the same prediction for the next race?

Our BBC viewers wont have seen it yet so that could be awkward. Spoils it for me if I know the result.
Safety Car - I did feel a bit sorry for Lewis (and my prediction!) the safety car ruined his 2nd place.
Yep that rule is stupid about unlapping yourself. It gives them a whole lap back!!! Plus the danger of passing cars swerving and from what I understand they can only do that when the track is clear (very sensible of course) but that means we have to wait until they have caught up before we can see racing again!!!
