How many mags are you supposed to get per membership "year"?

I'm sure I should get one more!

Thanks for all your kind comments, I only wish we could (as a club) afford more space and make it a longer read.

Out of curosity how much more would it cost to produce a more
substantial magazine I'd happly pay more for some extra pages.

No idea, but probably more than most would like to pay.

£3350 approx an issue including postage and envolopes
so 4 mags costs £13400 against membership 450x£30=£13500

So the rest of the cost of running the club and the website comes from adverts in mag,income from raffles and the sale of club calendar etc etc

Remember that if we could ever afford a bigger magazine Steve and the team would need a lot more articles and write ups from people to fill it

Yep, I would pay more for a bigger, better mag, rather that than have the club spend £1000 on a stand at Goodwood !

I think membership is to cheap, couldn't even fill a tank of petrol for £30, or buy a proper months subscription to Sky for that. Double the fee and get the editor to work twice as hard to fill the new pages .
Can't help you with stories though, progress on my car is so slow you'd struggle with a paragraph every issue.
