1st, a few apologies

Sorry about the sound in this clip, nothing I could do as the orginal footage came out so poor I couldn't use it (So I've added what I think sounds apt, just listen ) n if you don’t like it, just turn yah speakers off
Also sorry about the mystery 3dr that makes a few appearances, I edited as best I could but couldn’t remove it without losing Zed footage.

btw, its a biggy, so you might want to make a cuppa or three

The first clips show my son Lee driving, the end clips are me and the ones in between are Steve Francis in his V8. Steve's car is smoking a bit, which apparantely was a combination of engine wear and a change to thinner oil, which in hindsight was not a good move.

Great to have a record of the day. I must have been quite close to you in the grandstand when Lee was driving!

I only had a limited selection of tunes to hand, but as that Rush track seemed to fit the bill, i.e lyrics wise I used that. Sure they won’t mind, esp with it being used so appropriately imo lol

Fixed the org sound aswell now but I'm not re recording/mixing that lot again

No Ben the smokey car was Steve Francis' V8. Mine is at the start and end of the clip.

One thing I would say to anyone who hasn't done a track day is it feels a lot quicker than it looks!

It really does look pathetic I admit!

Castle Combe this Saturday, but it looks like rain and I don't have rain tyres (my Yoko A032s are better than hard road tyres). Geoff Gale tells me the Cheshire Plainz mob are coming too!

video footage never shows the real speed that you are travelling at. you have to be in the car hanging on to appreciate it really. catch u soon hopefully ben
