You may get it for £9k, possibly less. Seems a reasonable price to me?
If I was in the market for a later model classic within that budget I would give it serious consideration.
A cynic knows the price of everything and the value of nothing as Oscar Wilde said.
The value in these type of cars comes from the originality and superior condition.
One owner, low mileage, original paint, never welded and rust free.
Those five factors put any classic model of any type in it's respective higher price bracket.
The more angular shapes of the late 80's onwards are becoming more fashionable again so maybe now is the time for the Z31 to step forward. Funny how there seems to be a real bias against the N/A cars compared to the Turbo cars amongst Z31 owners.
Q.E.D yes, everything is but no-one will expect 'im to knock off £5k and why I beleive it'll take time to sell...........I'm not knocking the car, my French wife loved going to work with one T-top off in the auto n/a, aircon and with a 4-speed auto box, it was nifty enough and 'relatively' frugal......was offered a one owner from new 30k mile car which was immaculate in all respects a couple of years ago at around the price you mentioned. Tempted but it was an Auto as well as N/A and that was just enough to put me off.
And auto.....man, I saw a lovely white Z32 2x seater n/a T-top with a beige leather interior on BAT a few months back - real purdey she was...and here is another similar one but 2+2 :I think the Z32 is a prettier car although too modern for my tastes and would always take an S130 over either of them, especially in factory Turbo format
Not seen a 2-seater Z31 for sale in the UK yet!
