Someone posted a link to a Z Skills video a while ago... anywhoo it was 50MB and that will put most people off downloading it...

I've squished it down to a nice teeny tiny 4.5MB, so if anyone wants a copy let me know.

If Russ wants to host it here that would be grand also!
