York Race Way THE VERDICT

Well this is only my opinion of course.

The driveway leading to the raceway is full of pot holes and is liable to knock your car to bits before you start, then the car has to be passed by a scrutineer to see if its roadworthy??.

£25 to run on a track that is no were near the standard of the pod, theres not a lot of traction at the start line and even less at the end  then to top it all they werent capable of the most important thing....supplying a printed time/performance slip ...it was a f***in joke! will I go again?

To bl00dy right I will, it was GREAT, all Ive said is true but apart from the faulty timing set up that was hopefully a one of the rest is bareable.

The atmosphere and the class set ups were really good, the food and drinks though probably no more nourishing than the pod were quite reasonably priced. All in all I personally have thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Here follows my results for the day for the attention of Mr F

Reaction 0.842, 60 Foot 2.536, 1/4 ET 16.017 and terminal speed 85.110 mph
