Window winder spindle

I need a window winder spindle as pictured please. It's the one that is directly attached to the winder handle and is encased in the regulator. I think the one I need is for a 1975 260Z but the door may have been sourced from a different model/year ? It looks inter-changeable to me for driver and passenger sides.

No luck at the moment, not even the guys in the US can help. Alternatively, who has got a whole regulator assy like this one to sell ?
