Using an exhaust stud to lift engine ?

Hi all, using a hoist and load leveller, is it ok to connect one of the two hoist list points to the rear most exhaust stud (with the exhaust still fitted) ?....the stud is probably 3/4" exposed beyond the nut..

I have a mounting spot just behind the fuel pump for the front mounting...
