Those wishing to attend the xmas dinner and dance, must get their payments off to me, in order that I have them by LATEST 31st OF THIS MONTH. (JULY 31st)

Deadline has moved forward due to hotel filling up fast.
Cant be helped im afarid,

DONT DELAY PLEASE. NO CHEQUE, PROBABLY MEANS NO SEAT. Anyone who misses this deadline, should call me, and I will check availability.

collected a few cheques at JAE on Saturday, Anyone who hasnt mailed one off should think about doing just that.

Our cheque will be in the post tomorrow morning - we're not staying over as we live local to the hotel - so cheque is for 2 meals only - Is Cheque made payable to you ??

Paul Wrangle rang me tonight told me he has booked his room and cheque will be in post tomorrow another two for the list
 
Just booked a room for Geoff (£44.95 for a single room), I'll get him to send a cheque ASAP
