Hi folks

Once again we at Hagley & District Light Car Club welcome the prestigious Tour Britannia to our hill climb venue in the grounds of Sir Michael Leighton's deer park, competitors due 13:00 for two runs at our hill climb test.

Usually run up Loton in 'convoy' for familiarity then two timed runs before departing, small token entry fee at the gate to include entry list, times published on hteir web site but I will update this posting after next committee meeting early sept

I've said this before, Charles Barter in a 240 would be very competitive on this event! It'll be interesting to see how Tony Fall and others get on.

I see they are at MIRA, I'm close enough to hear cars at MIRA.

Must try to get a look.
 
Nipped over to Mallory this afternoon and had a fabulous couple of hours!

2 Zeds in the 'competitive' races (didn't see the 'regularity' drivers).

Tony Fall going well, lapping between 60-61 secs. The other car ex Morris Super Samuri looked lovely, didn't time him but appeared not quite as quick (different race).

Very interesting races as they include all classes of car, including vintage.

I'll post pictures ASAP
