My dad still has a poster on the inside of our old shed from MCN from yeeeeears ago of the man. It's very faded now but still cool (and an old clipping of the release of the new 'Norton Commando'). Good times.

Yes King Kenny then was what Rossi is now, 3 world titles on the trot after never seeing the tracks before on an under powered Yamaha when the bike to be on was the RG Suzuki, oh & he beat our own Bazzer to do it.
I remember going down to the Exeter half mile track around 1977 to see Kenny & (Dave Aldana in his skeleton leathers) riding Yamaha XS650's against 6 British lads (they only alowed 8 in the race) I'm glad I went.
