swb 300zx tt

hi. just looking round the site. will get it sorted in a mo....lol.
hope to pick up my 300zxtt swb in the next week or so. i have had two 300zx in the past but not a swb.are they mutch differant to drive. at this time i have a 400+bhp supra..sad to see it go but just fancy a change. i have had jap cars for over 10 years...skylines gto supra and so on but i still dont get the same kick out of them as i did with the 300zx.

I have a 300zx but its a 2+2 so cannot say if the swb are different to drive but a few guys have them so ill let one o those chaps explain the driving style.

just picked up my 300zxtt swb. 400 mile round trip. it was like putting on a old piar of slipers. just like the old days. its been about 4 years since my last zx. loved it.

I've had a lwb and currently have swb, and I thought they were chalk and chese difference. I think my swb has better shocks anyway, but I have found the handling a lot different. The lwb was nice in its own way, but the swb feels to me like my old 306 did round corners.

Did you find much of a difference?

I've raced a few things in my 300 lately and found it to not do as well as I'd hoped (S2000 in a drag, I couldn't lose it), how's the 300 feel coming from your Supra??

i have had a chat with zworld and i hope i can get it sorted. the car it self drives like a dream. it has HKS all round and sits just right on the road.not to hard. the supra was a quick car it would top 180 on the speedo. dont now if the speedo was out or not...but it was quick.
got afew things to get sorted first...eg...camb belt and oil change.and speedo conversion.i will drive the 300zx about for a month or so to make shore its all ok then after xmas i hope to start on the performance side. i am not going for crazy power just around the 400 bhp.
