Just thought I would post up some pictures of the replica fuel tank that has become available recently from S30 World.
Chris from S30 World is very easy to deal with transactions and ordering all went well. The tank came in at £600 with postage from Holland.

Pictures.

I think you will agree its looks very good. I wont be fitting straight away so any comments on that will have to wait.
I think my only comment at this time is that, its a shame it doesn't come with new rubber pads.

That looks spot on!

I notice it has all the breather pipes for the US version with the breather tank. Do you know if he does a European version without these? You can see the difference in the thread I previously posted up here --> https://zclub.net/community/index.php?threads/240z-fuel-tank-breather-hoses.26191/

If not, I wonder if it could be potentially cheaper if he chose to make them, or more maybe not worth the hassle to make 2 versions.

Nope it only has the one breather pipe at the top of tank, not sure what your looking at.

Maybe I have the wrong end of the stick this tank is definitely more for the European market as it only has the breather at the top of the tank and no others like the US market version.

What's the point of the holes in the flange round the outside, as well as the actual size of the flange, the tanks are secured purely by the two straps are they not?

Such a great question, I wondered about that on my stock tank too!

What I can’t figure out is the crescent shaped bracket just below the sender unit hole

I did ask Chris but he was a bit vague.

I suspect it has use for an electric fuel pump. The normal fuel pump mounting point (unused on early Zs but still present) is on the crossmember in front of the tank, but it looks a lot like that arrangement on the tank flange is designed for something like a pump or filter.

I’ve seen people using those tabs for aftermarket pump setups.
