Just got to figure how the replicate the bottom of the inner sill section.. I feel a bit of metal conduit is going to be in order to get the initial curve and then a bit of jiggey pokery to get the flanges done..
More fun and head scratching. Its like a Jig saw only you have to make all the pieces yourself without the benefit of a picture to follow..

Or you colud save a lot of head and ar** scratching and fit a complete inner sill.;)

Bring a sharp chisel & hammer with you & you can cut out any bits off the scrap Bodyshell we have here....
 
i agree with zed i have a 260z 2+2 which has took about 1.5 mth to weld passenger side floor with lots of cutting out crap metal/fibreglass i am now starting on drivers side with same problems try to put pictures on but could not get them onas said i would rather repair than buy a lefty

Sounds a bit harsh.. not letting you have free speech.. I hope that if you were to try again your pictures would get on.. Good luck with the restoration..

I am about ready to trial fit the outer sill.. Gotta put the door and wing on to hget the gaps first.. Wednesday afternoons job..
