Rose jointed suspension legal for road use?

Cool,

correct me if/when I'm wrong, but do the rose joints need a cover over them to stop wear? Or is that just a good idea and not a legal requirement?

Looks nice!

So hopefully they should be ok if I find a friendly MOT man:thumbs:

Steve K how's the air box coming along? The stroker monster engine will be in need of it soon;)

I would hope so ! if its a problem ask your mot man if he's getting on an aircraft soon??? and then remind him that they have loads.
If its good enough for planes its even better for cars :):D

I can confirm that they are legal as i am an m.o.t. tester hope this clears things up:thumbs:

Cheers Bandit, always good to hear it from someone that does the job.

Now I just need to figure out what you guys are actually on about :)

I think they're a good idea as long as the fit is good, no point in sticking something on that will actively trap dirt! I'm trying to remember the size of the rod end on the TTT units, I seem to recall it was pretty big, 3/4" maybe. You can get big boots here:

For not very much, bit of a pita to fit mind and you'll loose a bit of highly important bling ;)

Cheers,
Rob
