PICs in THREADS

Can someone tell me how, in plain simpleton english, how to get pics from "my pictures" (Windows XP), into a thread.

someone told me before but it was very complicated. Dont use too much jargon please. assume the worst, and I might be able to understand you.

1. CLICK ON "GO ADVANCED" (Not on Quick Reply)
2. Scroll to the end of the page and look for the button "MANAGE ATTACHMENTS"
3. Click on it and then a window will pop up, click on "BROWSE"
4. Locate the file you wish to attach (located on your PC in my pics) and then press "OPEN"
5. Then Click on "UPLOAD" and you are done.

Easier an better to upload them so they show, rather then havin to click annoying links.

Make sure that you file size 'em first (max 640x480 pixels) or they won't get uploaded !
