Oil spray bar

If installing an aftermarket and internally oiled cam, should I then be blocking the holes for the existing spray bar?

Probably, although I have heard of people keeping it and arguing having both is better. Look on hybridZ.org if you fancy it.

Don't you need different cam towers if your changing from one system to the other?

I think the difference between the two cam tower types is just the holes & fixings for the spray bar.
