Nissan Patrol L28 - Different Cam?

Hey guys,

I've got an L28 from a patrol in my car. It's off for the Webber's to be mapped early in August but before I send it I'd like to know if there is any difference at all in the cams between a 240 and the Patrol? The cams look the same but it's hard to tell!

Does anyone know 100% if they're different or not?

I'd be amazed and shocked if they were the same.

have a look at the end of the cam by the bulkhead (you'll need a mirror) and find what is written on it. its probably a single letter.

They're all different, but also very similar.

If it's not a single letter, thats more interesting!

Surely you’d put a proper cam in it with the carbs and mapping?
