Well, I don't normally go for free publicity, but it's not every day you get an album out.
Released today (on iTunes, and CD) my band "The Relay Rips" release our first album "Oh Touché", we're doing a launch party in Bristol at The Mothers Ruin tonight if anyone is around these parts too.

The Relay Rips are a small and energetic band made of guitar, vocals, trumpet, saxophone and drums who perform catchy, melodic storytelling folk songs over a back drop of punchy brass and addictive dance rhythms.
Inspired by such heroes as Elvis Costello, Chuck Berry, Van Morrison, Dexy's Midnight Runners, Buddy Holly and The White Stripes, The Relay Rips never fail to capture their audiences and drag them onto the dance floor.
Their debut album “Oh Touché” is an excellent display of the bands energy and sense of fun. The album is a collection of 12 upbeat original pop songs injected with moments of Rock n Roll, Folk, Country, Soul, Reggae, Indie/New Wave with hints of Latin rhythms.
Oh Touché will be released on Club, Bang, Records and available to buy on iTunes from 23/04/2010.
