More important is the body condition. My first 240Z had poor compression and a rotten body.Been offered an original rhd 240z
The engine apparently needs work doing as it has low compression.
Question is who's best to rebuild these engines.
Also would any upgrades be advised whist rebuild is done
Cheers
If they are actually all low, that could either be a valve timing issue or the test not performed properly.Yea all low I believe. But will find out more info
Exactly my thoughtsEngines are relatively cheap and simple to replace - I'd be more concerned with the body panels and rust. If the rest of the car is solid (and priced with the engine work required in mind) then it wouldn't put me off
