Lime Green 240Z Warning...wear sunglasses!

WOW ! is that a period Nissan colour then, might be interested when the time comes. Could the vinyl have been a dealer option perhaps?

My first 240 had a vinyl roof, think it was abit of a fashion thing back in the 70's to have them fitted.

My 260 has a vinyl roof, that will be going as soon as it goes to the bodyshop (I'm hoping there is metal underneath it, and the vinyl isn't the roof)

Priorities were obviously different in the 70s; whoever the original owner of my car was decided that he needed a vinyl roof, but wing mirrors were surplus to requirements.

Not a price at less than 7k reserve. I think a respray would be required if it headed my way though

The colour is bright yes, but some folks (younger than me) would like it. James Lodder's car is a similar colour.

However beauty is only skin deep. It may be a great car but if I was selling a 240 I'd include pictures of the engine-bay, floor, rear hatch slam panel etc otherwise people will only ask for them anyway, or suspect the worst.

As always you must go and see it. The colour may look fantastic in the flesh too.
