Jap Show 2006 - 25th June

It would probably be unfair to mention that my old V8 240Z ran 12.34 on street tyres back in 1986 and that the 660Z 240 ran 12.20 on street tyres on Sunday last...perhaps add "6 cylinder" to your sig?

Updated for now.. so 12.2 to beat! :D

errrrr.........yes a Z Club member, and yes eligible in the HoF and The Drag Challenge.

But no ticket = no time.

Will update HoF with "official" new times soon :)

Different cars in different eras result in two or more postings (ref. RatZ, my V8 240Z and current 350Z). Same car with significant change of configuration (essentially a change of class) also eligible for two entries, e.g. with and without NOS, slicks, engine swap to RB26 etc. Better time with the same car / configuration just moves you up the rankings.

Dave - it's a different car in a different era and in a different class - you get a new entry now its finally driven a quarter mile in anger .

Hall of Fame & Top 10's for class updated - see attached (new entries / new personal bests in blue)

I should probably mention I'd accidently omitted Dean Bottriell's super-charged L6 entry from the Hall of Fame, despite sitting top slot in class 3. This puts it 21st overall so everyone below that has dropped a place :p (note - although it's the same car as the L6 turbo with Nos, it is significantly different enough to warrent the extra entry)

Watch this space for Tony Carter, who is having a rummage for some old tickets in a Z32 2+2 TT. Once verified, he could be one of the quickest class 5 cars.

We'll try and get something official off Andrew Onalaja, as his car deserves the recognition........................not sure if he likes us any more
